Bliss Nails Spa LLC: Nails & Waxing Services Policy
Appointments & Walk-Ins
Appointments are prioritized first, followed by walk-in customers. Everyone is welcome.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. After a 10-minute grace period, your appointment may be given to the next available customer and rescheduled. Late arrivals may delay other appointments.
Please call at least 1 hour in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Children Policy
Children must be supervised at all times.
Surveillance
We have 24/7 security camera surveillance in the salon for safety and security.
Pricing Policy
All services and gift cards are non-refundable.
Minimum prices are listed on the menu. Final prices may vary depending on services received, time spent, and materials used.
Failure to pay after services are completed may result in legal action and future service refusal.
Payment Policy
We accept cash and all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and other major cards.
We also accept contactless payments such as Apple Pay, Venmo, and other approved methods.
We do not accept personal checks or cryptocurrency.
Customer Satisfaction Policy
We do not offer refunds for completed services or change-of-mind situations.
If you are not satisfied, please inform us during the service so we can make adjustments.
Complaints will not be accepted after leaving the salon.
Nail Fix / Guarantee Policy
We proudly stand behind the quality of our work.
If fewer than four nails are damaged, lifted, or come off, we will repair them free of charge within 5 days of your original appointment.
Please note that extra-long nails are not guaranteed for long-term durability due to their added length and the increased stress placed on the enhancement.
If all nails come off within 5 days, we will offer 35% off a new full set as a courtesy.
Regular polish services are not covered under this guarantee, as traditional polish may chip more easily and is not intended for long-lasting wear.
Nail gems and embellishments are not guaranteed, as they may catch on surfaces and can come off more easily.
This policy does not apply to damage caused by accidents, improper care, or failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions.
Gift Card / Voucher Terms
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used for cash advances.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Customers are responsible for their gift cards once purchased.
Personal Belongings & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Any damage to salon property will result in a charge based on repair or replacement value.
Agreement
By entering the salon, you agree to our policies.
If you do not agree, you may choose not to use our services.
